You can either sell the ingot raw, it fetches a price of anywhere from 1,000g to 2,Cheap WOW Gold EU,500g, or you can turn the ingot in for the plans of the Sulfuron Hammer.
One drop of a rare item can score you anywhere from 2500-5000g, and the best part is, this place is cake to solo at 85, it was even cake to solo at 80, it's so much easier to do it now.
What are these rare drops? For one, there is a boss inside of Molten Core that has a chance to drop a Sulfuron Ingot. This ingot is used to make the epic hammer, Sulfuron Hammer, which is used to craft the legendary mace, Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros.
